There are currently over 4,300 photos that can be downloaded from the MI Trains database. These images can be viewed any software that supports .bmp or .jpg files.
New postings are identified as ***New***. We have posted photos from a number of Manufacturers - Lionel, MTH, and K-Line for sure. But you may also want to look at photos for the other Manufacturers, as well - Aristo-Craft, Atlas, Industrial Rail, Weaver, Williams...
Please remember (as some members have reported), the thumbnails of the photos are great, but with the speed of Your modem, it may take longer to download all the thumbnail images.
Look over the photos available, and choose the one you want, by placing your cursor on that picture, and clicking.
A new pop-up window appears, and the photo you chose begins downloading from the MI Trains Website. Based upon the speed of your modem, the download may take some seconds or as much as a minute.
When the photo appears in this new pop-up window, follow the directions on the top of the window
Place your cursor on the photo and right click your mouse.
A pop-up window appears. Select/Click on Save Picture as...
A second pop-up window appears, asking where you want to save the photo.
Use the buttons at the top of the window to direct the path to c:\program files\mitrains\images.
Click the Save button.
